Dermalogic is an online platform available across Canada that makes purchasing effective, medical-grade skincare products accessible and easy.

Shipping: We currently ship within Canada only at this time. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Shipping cost will be add accordingly to Canada Post rates.

Pre-Order Items:

If an item indicates it's a PRE ORDER item in the title, that means that it is en route and may take longer to fulfill than typical in-stock items. Please allow ~1-2 weeks to fulfill. Ordering a PRE ORDER item ensures you get the product you want before it sells out again.

Refunds / Exchanges: Skincare products are final sale with the exception that purchases may be exchanged if there is any form of reaction due to product use or a malfunction with packaging within 7 days of receiving the product. Please be aware that if you are using over-the-counter skincare (products purchased at drug stores, MLM's, etc) in conjunction with medical-grade skincare that this can increase a risk of skin reactions and sensitivity due to OTC ingredients interacting with high-concentration ingredients.

It is highly recommended to utilize a full medical-grade skincare regimen to ensure quality, effectiveness and safe formulations for skin. If you are unsure of what that would look like for you, we highly recommend emailing (bernadett@dermalogic.ca) so we can set you up with a virtual consultation. There is a fee associated with virtual consults. We cannot be held responsible for reactions or monitor you properly if you have not booked a consultation to discuss your skin concerns prior to purchasing products.

If product has been used for a long period of time and more than half has been used, or if the product is close to empty, a refund/exchange will not be granted.

Dermalogic is not responsible for replacing any products that have been mishandled (dropped, not stored properly, not closed properly rendering the product empty or ineffective.) Your skincare products are most often going to come in glass dropper bottles or other containers that may be delicate. This is to keep the efficacy and potency of the product intact. We highly recommend keeping your products upright, sealed and do not put them in a makeup bag or travel-case where they can come loose or be smashed.

In the result of a reaction or a defective product, pictures of the reaction or defective product will need to be provided along with the lot number and the original product(s) returned for investigation. This is in compliance with our suppliers’ protocols and procedures for issuing refunds or exchanges.

All services are non-refundable.

Dermalogic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behaviour, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, illness listed as contraindications for services or as deemed necessary. Dermalogic assumes no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury. Dermalogic has the right to change your service without notice as seen fit.

By calling, emailing or scheduling your appointment online or by purchasing product from Dermalogic, you are indicating that you understand and accept these terms and conditions outlined above.
