Booking: All appointments can be booked here. Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard or Interac. We do not accept AMEX, cheques or cash at this time. Treatment and product prices are subject to change without notice.

Arriving Late / Cancelling / Rescheduling / No-Show

Late: Arriving late will result in your appointment time being shortened. Please note that shortened appointments will not result in a lower price. You will be responsible for the fee of the service you reserved. If you do not arrive on time, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and will be charged the entirety of the service you reserved. This is necessary for Dermalogic to stay on schedule and accommodate our next scheduled client in a timely fashion with our strict covid sanitizing procedures.

Rescheduling or Cancelling:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment we require 24 hours notice. You are sent an email reminder 48 hours in advance. Please note that email reminders are a complimentary service and ultimately it is the clients responsibility to remember their appointment. To cancel or modify your appointment, please call Dermalogic at 613-726-1965 email bernadett@dermalogic.ca. We cannot accept bookings, modifications or cancellations via Instagram DM's or Facebook messenger. If you cancel through these messengers we may not see it and your appointment may result in being marked as a no show and charged the service fee that was reserved. Cancelling or modifying your appointment needs to be done BEFORE 24 hours to ensure we receive your cancellation and can re-fill your spot with someone waiting for an appointment.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule via one of the methods above before 24 hours of your appointment, it will be treated as a last minute cancellation. Anything cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to 50% of the service fee.

No Show:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, your card will be charged the entirety of the service you were reserved for. If your card cannot be processed or you do not have a card on file, we cannot accommodate you for any further bookings until your no-show fee is paid in full.

Additional Policies

Valuables: Certain services at Dermalogic may require you to remove jewelry. Dermalogic does not assume liability for lost or forgotten personal items. We highly recommend arriving to your appointment without valuable jewelry if at all possible.

Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must have consent from their parents to undergo any service at Dermalogic. Parents must be made aware and acknowledge they understand the cancellation policy.

Returns & Exchanges: Products may be returned or exchanged if there is any form of reaction or a malfunction with packaging. However, if product has been used for a long period of time and more than half has been used/the product is close to empty, a refund/exchange will not be granted. Please see Apothecary Policies for more information.

Dermalogic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behaviour, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, illness listed as contraindications for services or as deemed necessary. Dermalogic assumes no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury. Dermalogic has the right to change your service without notice as seen fit.

By calling, emailing or scheduling your appointment online or by purchasing product from Dermalogic, you are indicating that you understand and accept these terms and conditions outlined above.
