Rosacea

Rosacea is a facial skin condition that causes redness and visible blood vessels. It may also product swollen, pus-filled small red bumps on the skin that resemble acne. The cause of rosacea is unknown, but it could be due to hereditary and environmental factors. It commonly affects people with fair skin.

Factors that can trigger or aggravate rosacea:
hot drinks
spicy foods
extreme hot and cold temperatures
alcohol
sunlight
wind
emotions
exercise
cosmetics
drugs that dilate the blood vessels
