Milia
A milium cyst is a small, white bump that commonly appears on the nose, cheeks and under the eyes, and they often occur in groups. Milia form when keratin becomes trapped beneath the surface of skin. Keratin is a strong protein found in skin tissues, hair and nail cells. Some people are genetically prone to developing milia spots but they are most often caused by the use of cosmetics and skin care products that contain heavy oils.
